Chef Kevin started his culinary journey in 1993 as a dishwasher turned night cook in a small restaurant located on the Housatonic Dam in Southwest Connecticut. He spent many years in country club kitchens in New England and eventually moved to Southwest Florida to become the Executive Sous Chef at a prominent Country Club. He has worked the Naples Winter Wine festival and with many James Beard award wining chefs. He opened up his first catering company in 2015 after the birth of his first child. Kevin is known most for his clean flavors and attention to the smallest details. He believes deeply in Farm to Table and Fresh Local Seafood. He relies on his training as a butcher and fish monger to guarantee fresh proteins all year long. His menu planning uses only the freshest vegetables during their peak seasonality. His philosophy of pouring his "Love into his Food" has proven time and time again to be an experience you won't soon forget.
